We want you to love every purchase you make with us. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • products must be unused and returned in their original packaging in the same condition as received.

  • Sale products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Care team within 2 days of delivery for prompt resolution.



How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp at +923294355783 or email at connect@dazzlebysarah.com to initiate your request.

  2. Package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to our designated warehouse address provided in the return instructions.

  3. Once your returned product is received, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the product delivered is damaged upon delivery or incorrect.


Refund & Store Credit Policy

At Dazzle by Sarah, we do not offer direct monetary refunds, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.

  • Cash refunds are not offered for size issues or change of mind.

  • In cases where an exchange or alternative solution cannot be provided, Dazzle by Sarah may issue a Store Credit Voucher, redeemable on all products at dazzlebysarah.com.

  • Store credit vouchers have no expiry date and can be used at your convenience.

  • Vouchers are applicable on all products, including both sale and non-sale products.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.



International Orders Policy

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.

  • If the order contains only one product, refunds will be processed against the product value & shipping cost in case of damaged product or incorrect product.

  • If the order contains multiple products, refunds will be processed against the defective products only in case of damaged product or incorrect product.
